Respect for the Land

Let it speak to you

Blue Moon was envisioned as a small community for people who had an emotional tie to this pristine land. The Blue Moon property was owned by a single family for more than six decades and originally developed by local residents. Descendants of the original family continue to own property in Blue Moon to celebrate their legacy, and many of the other Blue Moon property owners climbed Mount Pinnacle as children, were in awe of the spectacular views, and camped peacefully under the stars. So for many, preservation of and respect for the land that is Blue Moon is sacrosanct. Even if you are seeing Blue Moon for the first time, if the land speaks to you as it has to so many, perhaps this is the land for you.
